A Lincoln man has been charged with allegedly running someone over with a car, breaking his arm and leg, court documents say.
Keltavious Dotson, 20, was charged with second-degree assault, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, criminal mischief of more than $5,000 and failing to stop and render aid.

On Oct. 27, at about 7 p.m., officers with the Lincoln Police Department were sent to a parking lot at Roper Park after a possible injury accident was reported, according to the probable cause affidavit.
A 47-year-old man was located by police. He told officers he arrived at Roper Park to smoke a cigarette when someone in a silver station wagon arrived at the park's parking lot shortly after him.
Police say the man believes he recognized the driver as the person responsible for a burglary he reported in February.

A verbal altercation began after Dotson exited the station wagon. Eventually, both men returned to their cars.
According to the affidavit, the 47-year-old man decided to drive away from Dotson but was followed. The man exited his car, and another argument ensued.
After the second dispute, Dotson allegedly drove his car at a high rate of speed toward the victim, hitting him.
The man sustained a fractured left elbow and right knee along with abrasions to his head, arms, lower back and legs, according to the affidavit.
Dotson was accused of ramming into the 47-year-old man's car after striking him.
On Monday, Dotson arrived at LPD Headquarters at the Hall of Justice to be interviewed, and he was taken into custody after.
At the arraignment hearing, Dotson said the man who was injured pulled a gun on him.
Judge Thomas Zimmerman set his percentage bond at $75,000, meaning he would have to pay $7,500 to be released.
Dotson is being held at the Lancaster County jail.
