Donald Studey died in 2013. But his memory is kept bizarrely alive by a daughter, whose allegations he killed dozens of people and buried some, mostly women, in the Green Hollow area of western Iowa made global headlines. The daughter, Lucy McKiddy, and other potential witnesses are hoping to breathe life into an investigation that went cold in December 2022 when a law enforcement dig on the land turned up only animal bones.
