Soul icon Sam Moore has died
Soul icon Sam Moore has died at the age of 89. He was one half of the duo Sam & Dave. Their song "Soul Man" won a Grammy in 1968.
As featured on
Moore, whose admirers ranged from Al Green to Bruce Springsteen, was inducted with Dave Prater into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1992.
