A 29-year-old Lincoln man was killed in a crash north of Lincoln Friday night.
The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office said in a news release that deputies along with Eagle Fire and Rescue were called to the area of North 176th and Adams streets around 8 p.m. Friday on a report of a pickup truck that had rolled onto its top.
The driver, July Jindra, was unresponsive and not breathing when first responders arrived. He was transported to CHI Health St. Elizabeth, where he was pronounced dead.

According to a preliminary investigation, the Sheriff's Office said it believes Jindra's 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 was westbound on Adams Street when it drove into the north ditch, reentered the roadway, slid into the south ditch and rolled at least once in a field.
Jindra was not wearing a seat belt, and the Sheriff's Office said it believes alcohol was a factor in the crash.
