A Lincoln woman was arrested Friday for allegedly trying to rob another woman who was rear-ended in traffic, police said.
The victim told police she was driving on West Cornhusker just before 10:45 Friday morning when a Lincoln Navigator ran into the back of her Jeep Grand Cherokee, Officer Katie Flood said Monday.
Ashley Wood, 32, got out of the passenger side of the Navigator with the lower half of her face covered by a white cloth and approached the Jeep, threatening to use a Taser on the other woman, Flood said.
The Jeep driver told police she felt a shock to her left inside forearm, and when she yelled for helpÌýshe was shocked again, police said.
The Navigator took off, but police stopped it a short time later and arrested Wood, who remained in jail Monday. A search warrant of the Navigator revealed a Taser, Flood said.
