Academy Award winner Jodie Foster has candidly expressed her views on working with Generation Z, stating that they can be "really annoying." She criticized their work ethic, "especially in the workplace," and their attitudes toward schedules and communication. "They're like: 'Nah, I'm not feeling it today, I'm gonna come in at 10.30am.' Or, like, in emails, I'll tell them this is all grammatically incorrect, did you not check your spelling? And they're like, 'Why would I do that, isn't that kind of limiting?" Foster Told The Guardian. However, the 61-year-old praised Gen Z actor Bella Ramsey, calling Ramsey a great example of an actor emerging in a new "vector of authenticity." Foster has been praised for her contributions to the film 'Nyad' and her role in the latest season of HBO's 'True Detective.'
