Fresh off earning three top Dove Awards, Christian singer-songwriter Brandon Lake will play Pinnacle Bank Arena on Thursday.
Lake, one of the hottest artists in contemporary Christian music, received the Gospel Music Association’s Dove Awards for songwriter of the year, worship recorded song of the year for “Praise,†and album of the year for “Coat of Many Colors.â€
Lake, known for songs like “Praise You Anywhere,†“Gratitude†and “Graves Into Gardens,†will be touring behind his Christian music chart-topping album “Coat of Many Colors†on the 12-date fall extension of his “Tear Off The Roof†tour.
“We had a blast on the first leg of this tour and I could not be more excited to bring this tour to new cities in the fall,†Lake said in a news release. “I’m praying that God would exceed all of our expectations and bring a fresh wind of His Holy Spirit to each show.â€

One of the hottest artists in contemporary Christian music, Lake has won back-to-back best contemporary Christian music album Grammys for “Old Church Basement†in 2022 and “Breathe†in 2023 and also took last year’s best gospel album award for “Kingdom Book One Deluxe.â€
The title cut of that album received the 2022 best gospel performance/song Grammy, and 2023’s “Fear Is Not My Future†beat out Lake’s own “God Really Loves Us†for the best contemporary Christian music performance.
He’s also now won 10 Dove Awards, the highest honor in Christian music, most recently for “Gratitude,†best worship song of 2022, and “Graves,†best rap/hip-hop song in 2023.
A former member of Maverick City Music who now serves as a worship pastor at Seacoast Church in Charleston, South Carolina, where he lives with his wife Brittany and their three sons, Lake began his solo career with a crowdfunded independent album in 2016. Signing to Bethel Music in 2019, he had his first hit single with “This Is A Move,†which garnered his first Grammy and Dove nominations.

Keo & Them with Black Ophanim, Carver Jones, 10 p.m. Saturday, Duffy's Tavern. Wichita, Kansas, neo-soul ensemble Keo & Them return to Duffy’s with their groovy, versatile songs carried by the vocals of frontwoman Keo Fletcher. They’ll be joined by Lincoln jazz/funk outfit Black Ophanim and Omaha singer-songwriter Carver Jones.
